Lead the execution (incl. site activities and project reviews with customers) from PO to project completion with respect to EHS, time, quality, cost commitment and drive change orders in cooperation with engineering, supply chain and site teams. Run the project financials (Revenue recognition, cash, risk & opportunities, Profit margin) Manage the customer contract and specifications and ensure alignment within the team with the contract Identify and maintain a risk register, while actively working to mitigate and/or eliminate potential problems. For that electrical background is a must and knowledge of datacenter environment is a plus Identify supplier needs and coordinate with supply chain for new supplier qualification, and ensure competitiveness of the solution Responsible for controlling and supporting the field operations tasks with respect to EHS, scope, schedule and quality. The Site manager and Site coordinator is functionally reporting to the PM This may involve developing new initiatives and recommending better ways to work based on analysis and learning on sites as well as overall customer trends. Site assignment can be necessary during the installation and commisionning activities A Bachelors' Degree or Masters' Degree or equivalent with a bias towards electrical engineering. Accredited Project Management qualifications with a construction site bias in Electrical engineering. An electrical engineering background with design and installations experience of heavy duty power distribution is essential for this role, ideally in Datacenters or similar critical systems applications Minimum of 5 years construction site management experience plus an equivalent of hands-on site works in Data Centers is expected. Experience with other large and complex industrial projects will also be considered, especially if the fields of automation and controls. A strong electrical background and/or training on datacenter technologies and systems is expected. Direct experience of electrical engineering, Power Management, Power Control, Mission Critical or Building Management and controls systems. Advanced-level role with a preference for someone with knowledge of the datacenter industry or similar technologies
