IT Support Engineer
Quick Summary
The IT Support Specialist shall be primarily responsible for day-to-day operations and support of eClinical Solutions employees and computer systems
The IT Support Specialist will gain the skills necessary to effectively support various application across the business. In this role, you will be responsible for providing daily support to the employees of eClinical, both local and remote. You will also participate in department activities including systems imaging, user access management, administrative tasks, and project activities as needed.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Maintain, monitor, and support the company’s network infrastructure, including desktops, servers and hosted applications.
- →Provide exceptional day-to-day technical support for local and remote users as required.
- →Assist with virtual and in-person new hire orientations and other end-user training.
- →Configure and maintain user workstations and corporate images.
- →Oversee daily User Provisioning, Deprovisioning and User Access Requests through a highly documented process, thoroughly documenting requests as required.
- →Manage User Identity Access Management, including Active Directory, Office 365, Single Sign-On and Multi-Factor Authentication solutions
- →Complete regular online vendor training and attend informational sessions to keep knowledge and experience current.
- →Prepare and maintain appropriate documentation as required
- →Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of working experience/education.
- Excellent knowledge of English
- 2-4 years of experience as an IT or systems support engineer for a technology company, preferably with a distributed software application.
- Strong computer skills, including Windows 10, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Adobe Products, etc.
- Apple/Mac experience a plus.
- Detail oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical and analytical problems
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working Microsoft Office 365, including SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Experience configuring and supporting Windows and Mac systems
- Experience supporting Apple and Android mobile devices
