The Marketing Manager will lead eClinical Solutions’ marketing efforts in the India region, focused on building brand awareness, amplifying employer brand visibility, and strengthening thought leadership in the local marketplace. This role will ensure eClinical Solutions is recognized as an employer of choice for top life sciences talent and as an innovation leader among the India-based community of global pharma and CRO professionals.

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, execution, and reporting of internal and external marketing initiatives across India, including events, communications, and local brand activations. The Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the global marketing organization to ensure alignment with the global brand strategy, while driving independent initiatives tailored to India’s priorities.

Approximately half of this role will also contribute to global marketing initiatives, including market research, competitive analysis, and strategic projects that inform global campaigns and positioning. This dual focus ensures the Marketing Manager plays a key role in both regional success and global growth.

This position acts as the central connector between global marketing and India operations, ensuring consistent brand storytelling, strong internal engagement, and strategic visibility in the India ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, in B2B SaaS or Life Sciences/Healthcare industries preferred.
  • Experience in corporate branding, employer branding, or regional marketing management preferred. 
  • Strong project manager with hands-on experience planning and executing events and campaigns.
  • Excellent collaborator and communicator with ability to work across time zones and functions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset and able to measure and communicate marketing impact clearly.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot preferred.
