BIM Modeller (Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities

• Support the production and development of 3D BIM models in line with project requirements and the BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
• Assist in creating, updating, and maintaining BIM models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD Civil 3D, Navisworks, and other relevant tools
• Generate drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and schedules from BIM models
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency
• Assist in clash detection activities and support the resolution of design coordination issues
• Prepare BIM deliverables for project submission and handover (e.g. IFC, RVT, COBie formats where required)
• Support site teams with visualisation, basic quantity take-off, and construction sequencing when needed
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and assist in documenting model updates and changes
• Maintain proper file organisation, version control, and documentation standards

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Civil & Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (prior BIM experience is an advantage but not required)
• Basic knowledge of BIM tools such as Revit, AutoCAD, or Navisworks will be an advantage
• Willingness to learn BIM processes, standards, and coordination workflows
• Good teamwork, communication, and attention to detail
