Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Act as the dedicated point of contact for customers, handling questions, issues, and escalations with urgency and professionalism. Proactively manage and resolve high-priority customer issues, ensuring rapid and efficient resolutions
- →Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Emergent's platform, providing best practice advice and guidance on Emergent's products and services
- →Work with AI Platform Engineering Specialists to offer white-glove service: ensure customers feel supported and engaged through attentive, personalized guidance and product enablement
- →Drive enablement: encourage customer adoption of key features while consulting with them on best practices to seamlessly build on Emergent
- →Become a product expert: be the go-to resource for both customers and coworkers on Emergent's products by your 30th day
- →Project manage: collaborate with teams internally and externally to execute project engagements and help customers optimize their use of Emergent's platform
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company, ideally in customer success, solutions consulting, or account management
- Passion for helping customers succeed in vibe coding and building their dream apps
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to shifting demands
- Strong project and task management skills, you never drop the ball
- Ability to explain complex scenarios in simple, clear written or verbal communications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent problems
- Eagerness to work cross-functionally, collaborating closely with technical account managers, product and engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
- Flexibility to adjust to evolving responsibilities in a fast-growing, dynamic team environment
- A passion for delivering a top-tier customer experience and helping both customers and internal teams succeed
