Responsibilities

  1. Act as the dedicated point of contact for customers, handling questions, issues, and escalations with urgency and professionalism. Proactively manage and resolve high-priority customer issues, ensuring rapid and efficient resolutions
  2. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for Emergent's platform, providing best practice advice and guidance on Emergent's products and services
  3. Work with AI Platform Engineering Specialists to offer white-glove service: ensure customers feel supported and engaged through attentive, personalized guidance and product enablement
  4. Drive enablement: encourage customer adoption of key features while consulting with them on best practices to seamlessly build on Emergent
  5. Become a product expert: be the go-to resource for both customers and coworkers on Emergent's products by your 30th day
  6. Project manage: collaborate with teams internally and externally to execute project engagements and help customers optimize their use of Emergent's platform
  1. 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role at a SaaS company, ideally in customer success, solutions consulting, or account management
  2. Passion for helping customers succeed in vibe coding and building their dream apps
  3. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to shifting demands
  4. Strong project and task management skills, you never drop the ball
  5. Ability to explain complex scenarios in simple, clear written or verbal communications
  6. Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex, interdependent problems
  7. Eagerness to work cross-functionally, collaborating closely with technical account managers, product and engineering teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
  9. Flexibility to adjust to evolving responsibilities in a fast-growing, dynamic team environment
  10. A passion for delivering a top-tier customer experience and helping both customers and internal teams succeed
