Apply today! The position will focus on product development for Additive Manufacturing (AM). This role supports sustainment activities for aerospace and other equipment components using advanced manufacturing tools. At a high level, tasks include reverse engineering, CAD design, 2D drawing with focus on application of GD&T, FEA analysis and simulation for selected components. As well, this engineer will be responsible for following all product development process steps for the project and collaborate with various groups for manufacture and qualification test, through project completion. Other efforts include but are not limited to development and delivery of training materials as needed, mentoring junior engineers, assisting in process improvement efforts, participate in various technical challenges and team support activities. Occasional travel is expected for this role. This role will be working in a highly agile environment in a multifunctional team and therefore, being a team player and having flexibility, adaptability, attention to detail are key to success. |

While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following: 1. 2+ years of experience performing FEA analysis using ANSYS to include static and dynamic analysis |
