  JOB TITLE: Client Experience Analyst CLASSIFICATION: Exempt JOB SUMMARY The CXT Analyst plays a key role in supporting Empyrean’s client experience strategy by building and executing data-driven insights that strengthen decision-making across the organization and our clients. This role is critical in enhancing Empyrean’s reporting, analytics, and survey capabilities by collaborating across the CXT team, Product, Client Services, and other internal departments.The Analyst will be responsible for supporting the broader team’s reporting needs, developing and auditing client-level data, building and analyzing surveys, and enhancing key reporting deliverables such as AE election analysis. This position will also contribute to forecasting efforts, streamline queries, and support dashboard development in Tableau and Power BI.   ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Build, maintain, and execute client data insights reporting, supporting the delivery of actionable analysis to internal teams and clients. Support the reporting needs of the broader CXT team, including development of recurring reports and ad-hoc requests. Create and track survey detail, including development of custom surveys and analysis of  survey results. Enhance AE election analysis reporting, providing deeper insights into enrollment patterns and opportunities. Audit high level client data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting deliverables. Contribute to CXT forecasting and planning by producing reports and analyses to support the broader teams goals and initiatives. Streamline queries and improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with internal partners to design and build Tableau dashboards; support exploratory work on Power BI. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic initiatives and client engagement. Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure reporting and insights align with departmental goals and client needs.   REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proficiency in SQL and data query tools, with experience streamlining and optimizing reporting queries. Hands-on experience with visualization tools (Tableau preferred; Power BI a plus). Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.       Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly present findings to technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity. Collaborative team player with the ability to build trust and alignment across cross-functional teams. Curiosity and initiative to identify opportunities for process improvement and reporting innovation.   KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, AND/OR EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related role, preferably in benefits administration, HR technology, or client services. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience with survey tools and analysis preferred. Familiarity with employee benefits plan design and enrollment data a plus.
