About the Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and capable Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team on a full‑time, permanent basis. Reporting to the QHSE&T Manager, this role suits someone who is proactive, positive, solution‑focused and brings a genuine can‑do attitude.
The position supports the coordination and administration of training and competency requirements across our national office‑based, field operational and trade teams.
Other duties include:
Act as the primary point of contact for Learning and Development enquiries, managing the shared mailbox, responding to requests, and escalating matters where required.
Provide end‑to‑end administrative support for Learning and Development activities, including scheduling, reporting, travel bookings, database management and general administration.
Maintain Learning and Development systems, records, registers, and training documentation, ensuring information is accurate, up to date, and audit ready.
Coordinate training activities across the organisation, including managing training calendars, liaising with facilitators, and organising venues and catering.
Manage Learning and Development vendor relationships, working with internal stakeholders and external providers to ensure learning solutions are delivered on time and in line with compliance requirements.
Support the administration and delivery of training programs, webinars, and compliance activities, including tracking completions, issuing reminders, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as the central coordination point for training bookings and logistics to ensure training and competency requirements are met across national operations
About You
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar coordination or administrative role.
Strong administrative skills with a high attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
A collaborative team member with a positive attitude and a good sense of humour.
Solution‑focused with a strong customer‑service mindset.
