  Shadowing & Ownership: Support, take ownership, and drive key initiatives forward

  Translate strategic goals into clear projects, processes, and execution plans

• →

  Lead cross-functional initiatives across Operations, Tech, Care, and Business Development

  Build a lean but effective management system (OKRs, dashboards, meeting cadences)

• →

  Identify and remove bottlenecks along the customer journey (onboarding, advisory, documentation)

  Act as a sparring partner to the Managing Director on strategic topics

  Set the standard for “speed with clarity” across the organization

• 2–5 years of experience in a top-tier consultancy or a similar high-growth/scale-up environment

• Strong hands-on mindset combined with a structured, strategic way of thinking

• Affinity for digital tools and automation, close cooperation across teams and departments, including the Tech team

• High execution drive, ownership, and proactivity

• Clear, pragmatic communication across all levels

• Strong learning mindset and team orientation

• Fluent in German and English
