~1 min readThe Director, Complex Care, will lead the strategic direction, performance, and growth of the Pediatric, Specialty, and blended portfolios. This will include Kate Farms Pediatric Peptide & Standard, blended portfolios of Functional Formularies (US & Canada), Real Food Blends, Kate Farms Pediatric Blended Meals, as well as the Nutricia metabolic and Keto portfolios (US & Canada), and Kate Farms' Pediatric Portfolio. Reporting to the Vice President, Complex Care & Adult Nutrition, this role will oversee brand strategy, commercialization, and cross-functional execution across medical, eCommerce, Amazon, and retail channels for the complete Pediatric Specialty & Blended Portfolio. The Director will manage a brand management team driving alignment across marketing, sales, and operations to deliver revenue growth and long-term brand equity.
This leader will be responsible for portfolio strategy, product lifecycle management, omnichannel marketing, and performance optimization. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong collaborator, and results-driven leader with deep experience in medical nutrition, consumer health, or wellness brands.
Responsibilities

- Directs GTM strategies and cross-functional launch execution, reformulations, and packaging
- Implements pricing strategy in alignment with enterprise
- Ensure integration of initiatives into the broader commercial marketing
- Partners with VP, Complex Care & Adult Nutrition to align initiatives with enterprise commercial
- Represents Portfolio in cross-functional leadership meetings and strategic planning
- Escalates strategic portfolio decisions and investment recommendations to VP, Complex Care & Everyday

- Manage and mentor the Senior Brand Manager, Pediatrics, Senior Brand Manager, Blended, Senior Brand Manager, Metabolics & Ketogenics, and Brand Manager, Metabolics & Ketogenics

The salary range for this position is $ – $XXX USD. The exact salary offered will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, geographic location, internal equity, and market conditions. - BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA
- 10+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, or commercial strategy in healthcare, OTC, or CPG.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional
- Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI tracking, forecasting, and P&L
- Expertise in omnichannel marketing and GTM
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
