We have an exciting opportunity within Envoy Global’s Global Immigration Operations team for a highly motivated Global Support Specialist to join us on a full‑time, permanent basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our global immigration teams across multiple regions by ensuring accurate case setup, seamless document management, and timely administrative coordination.
- Manage end‑to‑end setup of new assessments and immigration cases received through various communication channels.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of client information, case details, and relevant data into internal systems.
- Assign case owners and preparers to ensure seamless workflow across teams and regions.
- Handle secure collection, uploading, and organization of client documents, including passports, CVs, job descriptions, diplomas, employment contracts, questionnaires, and other required materials.
- Ensure proper storage and categorization of files across document repositories and case management platforms.
- Support secure document transfers between systems and stakeholders.
- Assist Case Managers in updating case notes, maintaining public case records, and performing routine case audits.
- Support the completion and submission of immigration forms as required by regional authorities.
- Facilitate proper case closure by ensuring all documents, data points, and records are complete and compliant.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and data integrity in all case-related updates.
- Support internal reporting needs and ad‑hoc audit requests from leadership or compliance teams.
- Follow established workflows and contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Provide general administrative assistance to support regional teams and Case Managers.
- Collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and contribute to overall team efficiency.
- Assist with additional operational tasks and projects as assigned by the Team Lead.
Requirements

- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data, documents, and case information.
- Solid proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and comfort working with digital platforms and internal systems
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic global team environment.
- A proactive, process oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high quality work.
