Above all, you will support R&D line management in ramping up the new site, including taking on related tasks as needed. ## You will bring: * 8+ years of experience in operations and/or program management. * Demonstrated ability to drive execution across cross-functional teams without direct authority, supported by strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. * Experience working in global organizations with diverse stakeholders. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive, can-do attitude. * Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills, with the ability to balance structured responsibilities and ad hoc demands. * A strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and initiative. * Working knowledge of Indian compliance requirements, labor laws, and business operations. * Independent, self-motivated, and well organized, with strong analytical skills and close attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in ambiguity and bring clarity to complex situations. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with AI tools and Power BI is a plus. * Fluent in written and spoken English. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. * Experience in ASIC, telecom, or technology engineering site operations is an advantage. “All academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.” Why join Ericsson? At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
