Senior Network Engineer

## Join our Team About this opportunity We are looking for a Network Engineer to support customers with practical, high-quality guidance on mobile network technologies. In this role, you will translate customer needs into clear technical solutions, contribute to service proposals, and help build trusted customer relationships. You will work closely with internal teams, share knowledge, and present recommendations that support customer outcomes and business growth. What you will do * Lead technical discussions with customers and explain solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. * Gather, clarify, and document customer requirements. * Support the development of service proposals and other customer-facing materials. * Create and deliver technical presentations and proposals. * Share knowledge and contribute to learning activities across the team. * Identify additional solutions or services that could provide value to customers. * Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop practical recommendations and respond to customer challenges. You will bring * +9 years of experience working with Ericsson radio access network (RAN) solutions and 4G, VoLTE, and 5G technologies. * A bachelor’s degree in communications engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline. * Up-to-date knowledge of mobile network technologies, including LTE, VoLTE, and 5G. * Practical experience with, or troubleshooting knowledge of, Ericsson RAN nodes is an advantage. * Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. * The ability to work effectively with people from different cultures and professional backgrounds. * A customer-focused, inclusive, and continuous-learning mindset.
