Working Student - Hub Management & Logistics (m/f/d)

The Hub Management & Logistics team is part of Ericsson’s Global Supply organization and supports international logistics, transportation, distribution and hub-related activities. We work across countries and organizations, coordinating logistics flows and supporting efficient transportation and distribution. At the same time, we are continuously developing our ways of working through digitalization, AI and automation. We are looking for a Working Student who wants to gain practical experience in a global Supply environment and contribute to both operational and digitalization activities. This role provides an opportunity to learn how a global Supply organization works in practice. What We Expect * Student status of Bachelor or Master studies in a related field with availability to work 15-20h weekly. * Interest in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation or Business Operations. * Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel. * Strong interest in creating clear and professional presentations and business visualizations. * Interest in AI, automation and digitalization and willingness to explore new tools. * Analytical, structured and proactive approach to work. * Good communication skills in English and ability to work in an international environment. * Willingness to learn and take ownership of assigned activities. Key Responsibilities * Support transport planning and coordination. * Prepare transport cost calculations, comparisons and logistics analyses. * Support Hub Management, warehousing and distribution activities. * Prepare team and management presentations, summaries and visualizations. * Use of PowerPoint, Think-Cell, Excel and AI tools to improve business communication and reporting. * Support automation and digitalization of recurring team activities. * Work with Supply stakeholders across different countries and organizations. * Provide general operational and analytical support to the Hub Management & Logistics team. You will gain: * a 6 months hands-on experience in international Supply Chain and Logistics. * Understanding of transportation, warehousing, hubs and distribution flows. * Experience with real transport planning and cost calculations. * Exposure to international cooperation and dependencies across Supply organizations. * Practical experience in PowerPoint, Think-Cell, AI and automation. * The opportunity to explore how digital tools can improve everyday business processes. * Close cooperation with experienced Supply and Logistics professionals. * A chance to develop both business and digital skills that can support a future career in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or Digitalization.
