• →Work closely with the CTO, CEO, and product team to craft exceptional customer experiences
• →Design intuitive flows across customer-facing and internal tools
• →Turn complex problems into simple, elegant UX
• →Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs
• →Collaborate directly with users to test and improve usability
• →Help shape Ever’s design system and product quality bar

• 5+ years of product design experience in fast-paced environments
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI craft
• Experience building products from the ground up
• Comfortable owning projects end-to-end
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for consumer, marketplace or business tooling products

• Expert in Figma
• Strong web product design experience
• Strong iOS / Android experience
• Experience building or contributing to design systems
• UX research and usability testing fundamentals

• Build category-defining products in EV retail and AI-native auto retail
• Work directly with founders and product team in a high-ownership role
• Join early at a high-growth startup
• Help define the design culture and product DNA
