Acquisition Analyst

As a key member of our growing M&A team, you’ll play an essential role in identifying and evaluating acquisition opportunities across Europe’s vertical software landscape, with a specific focus on the UK market.

This position offers a unique chance to gain end-to-end exposure to the investment process, from sourcing and valuation to due diligence and deal execution, while actively shaping the future of our ecosystem.   At least 1-2 years of experience with evaluating software/tech companies in corporate development / investment fund, or as an advisor at an investment bank / due diligence provider

• Strong analytical and financial skills

• Expert in Excel and PowerPoint

• Understanding of corporate finance, valuation, software business models and key financial metrics

• Accurate attention to detail, with a focus on precision in financial analysis, models, presentations, and written work

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to assess incomplete information, form clear views, and propose practical solutions

• Understanding and curiosity about software and technology

• Tenacious, energetic, and ability to build personal relationships with an ecosystem of CEO’s, founders and advisors

• Ability to adhere to process and help the team continuously improve it over time constantly adapt

• Hands on, able to work independently/autonomously

• Entrepreneurial and international mindset
