About the Role

- Provide leadership to a multi-disciplinary team, setting clear expectations, priorities, and accountabilities
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to build capability and improve overall team performance
- Foster a high-performance culture through ongoing feedback, training, and performance management
- Oversee planning and scheduling processes to ensure efficient execution of maintenance activities
- Develop and deliver high-quality maintenance schedules that balance operational requirements, resource availability, and asset needs
- Ensure maintenance plans are executed in alignment with production priorities, safety standards, and reliability targets
- Integrate daily, weekly, and monthly planning activities to support cost management, reliability, and asset availability
- Manage maintenance and reliability engineering functions to improve fleet performance, uptime, and cost efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement and fleet performance initiatives
- Partner with OEMs, vendors, and internal stakeholders to optimize reliability and maintenance outcomes
- Own monthly financial forecasting and reconciliation for repair parts and contractor costs, and manage budget performance
- Lead development of annual and multi-year operating budgets and forecasts, including capital planning and project delivery aligned to business objectives
