We are seeking a Financial Support Specialist who will be responsible for providing a positive financial experience by resolving inquiries on charges, insurance and payments with clarity & empathy.

The Financial Support Specialist is responsible for responding to patient inquiries related to billing and insurance, processing payments, resolving denied or delayed claims in coordination with revenue cycle teams, documenting interactions in compliance with HIPAA/PCI, and meeting performance metrics for responsiveness and resolution.
WORK AUTHORIZATION: We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas at this time.
What You Would Be Doing at Expressable
High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred).
2+ years’ experience in healthcare billing, patient accounts, insurance claims, or revenue cycle management.
Proficiency with EHR/CRM systems and payment processing platforms; strong Microsoft Office/Google Suite skills.
Understanding of HIPAA, PCI compliance, and insurance terminology (EOBs, CTP Codes, Diagnosis Codes, Deductibles, Co-Pays).
Experience in a telehealth, multi-state, or large outpatient provider environment.
Familiarity with revenue cycle improvement initiatives or patient financial counseling.
Bi-Lingual Communication Skills (English/ Spanish) - highly preferred
