Engineer, Maintenance II (Night Shift)

• Associate's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university Req
• 4-6 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Required
• Ability to apply common sense.
• DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Upon Hire Required
• State Licensed Electrician A State of Texas Apprentice Maintenance Electrician License or a City of Houston Third Grade Stationary Engineer license is preferred. Preferred
• HVAC Awareness-Developing Required
• Reliability Engineering Awareness-Developing Required
• Predictive Maintenance Awareness-Developing Required
• Computerized Maintenance Management Systems Computerized maintenance management system is a software package that maintains a computer database of information about an organization's maintenance operations. Awareness-Developing Required
