Minco is seeking a Mechanical Process Engineer II to lead and optimize manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and experience in PCB (printed circuit board) or flexible circuit fabrication, focusing on continuous process improvement and yield optimization.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead and optimize process improvements, equipment qualifications, and implement solutions to improve yield, reduce scrap, and enhance productivity.
- →Monitor and continuously improve manufacturing processes, achieving performance goals such as less than 3% scrap and over 99% product performance perfection.
- →Identify cost reduction opportunities and implement profit improvement measures across processes and materials.
- →Ensure timely technical support for production, engineering, and quality teams.
- →Develop and manage comprehensive process documentation that ensures safety, quality, and reproducibility.
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product introductions (NPI) and ensure compliance with all relevant standards (e.g., NADCAP, AS9100).
- →Implement preventive maintenance plans to maximize equipment uptime and performance.
- →Ensure adherence to all safety standards and company policies.
- →Other duties as assigned
Requirements

- Strong project management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with risk, failure, and statistical analysis tools, as well as ERP systems and Microsoft applications.
