As a Bartender, your role is to ensure our guests enjoy a quality food and beverage experience that will allow them to lift their glass and cheers to a successful stay. • →Serve guests in the bar, restaurant and room service attentively and efficiently.
• →Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Serve wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages. Serve food prepared in the restaurant as needed.
• →Offer both flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
• →Complete guest orders and accurately collect payments.
• →Clean and wash bar ware, utensils and bar area. Restock and prep bar items as needed.
• →Assist with quality, cleanliness and organization of the bar, restaurant and kitchen.
• →Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• →Support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.

Previous food and beverage and/or serving experience is required. Some locations may require bartending experience specifically. To be successful in this role, you need strong verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to read, write, type and use basic technology. This job requires you to stand and move around for an entire shift and you also must be able to lift at least 25 pounds. You must be able to obtain a Food Handler’s Permit and Alcohol Server’s Permit. Applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

• 8 paid holidays per year
• Up to 20 days of paid vacation per year, based on classification and length of service
• Paid Sick & Safe Time accrues at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, with up to 72 hours of unused time carried over from one anniversary year to the next.

• 8 paid holidays per year; employees working in the City of Denver receive 64 hours of designated holiday time per calendar year
• Up to 20 days of paid vacation per year, based on classification and length of service
• 6 days or 48 hours of Paid Sick Leave per year, accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.

• Up to 20 days of paid vacation per year, based on classification and length of service, capped at 1.5x annual accrual rate; non-supervisory employees working in the City of Los Angeles accrue up to 22 days of Compensated Time Off, based on length of service capped at 192 hours of combined PST and CTO.
• Paid Sick Time accrues at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, unused time is carried over from one anniversary year to the next up to a maximum of 80 hours; employees working in the City of Los Angeles are provided 40 hours of Paid Sick Time annually on their anniversary, unused time is not carried over from one anniversary year to the next.
