Machine Helper - 3rd Shift

The Machine Helper plays a critical role in supporting the manufacturing process by assisting machine operators and ensuring the smooth operation of production equipment. This position involves preparing machines for operation, monitoring their performance, and performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime. The Machine Helper contributes to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment by adhering to safety protocols and promptly reporting any equipment malfunctions. • Able to read a tape measure and +/- fractions.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine operation procedures.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and perform repetitive tasks.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Familiarity with industrial machinery and basic maintenance techniques.
• Basic understanding of quality control principles.
• Certification in workplace safety or machine operation is a plus.
