The Role:

We’re looking for a Contract Management Associate to join us in our Wroclaw office. As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for supporting our clients business by drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts as part of a wider general support service to the client’s contracts management and in-house legal teams.

Provide general administrative support to the team

Assist with the daily triage of work coming into the team

Adhere to delivery processes and commitments

Input and manage data on Factor and client systems and keep them up to date

Adhere to standard operating procedures and other tools for use by the team

Assist with producing regular and ad hoc reports for Factor and for the client

Assist with continuously improving our service to the client and adding value

Assist with any ad hoc projects or initiatives for Factor and client as required

We’re looking for someone who always gives their best and inspires others to do the same. This role requires the legal knowledge and ability to take instruction from our client and serve as an escalation point on issues for more junior team members. It’s no small task!

In addition to the above, here are the required skills, knowledge, capabilities, and education for this role:

Law Degree and/or Legally Qualified

Legally eligible to work in the country this role is based

Minimum 2 years drafting and negotiating commercial contract within a law firm, legal services or as part of an in-house legal team

Excellent attention to detail

Good written and verbal communication and presentation skills

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - especially Microsoft Word

Organizational fit for the Factor culture - exhibiting the core values of Authenticity, Accountability, Adaptability and Stewardship

Operates with minimal supervision

Working with a recognised matter management system as part of daily routine

Experience of working with or for a telecommunications, financial services or professional services firm preferably in a contracting function;

Experience of working in-house

Experience with Data Privacy and Technology law
