As a Transfer Pricing Junior Associate, you will support the development and implementation of global transfer pricing policies, helping ensure compliance with international tax regulations. Working alongside experienced professionals and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help maintain and optimize the transfer pricing models that keep our business moving forward.
In this role, you will assist with pricing calculations, maintain intercompany documentation, and provide data analysis for tax audits and regulatory queries. This is a fantastic launching pad offering hands-on exposure to strategic tax planning, financial data analysis, and automation tools, with plenty of room to grow your career in a dynamic, global environment.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Gather and organize financial and operational data to support transfer pricing models, economic analyses, and routine intercompany charges.
- →Coordinate with teams in Finance, Operations, and Legal to learn how products, services, and profits flow across borders—and help ensure we track them accurately.
- →Go beyond the spreadsheets—learn to analyze financials, understand the ‘why’ behind business performance, and help craft the narratives that support our pricing strategies.
- →Assist the team in the rollout and implementation of new global transfer pricing policies and compliance initiatives.
- →Support tax compliance and audit readiness by preparing background documentation and organizing files to respond to queries from tax authorities and internal stakeholders.
- →Help prepare transfer pricing documentation and reports (such as Master Files, Local Files, and CbCR) in alignment with OECD guidelines and local regulations.
- →Yes, documentation is part of the role—but it’s your textbook for learning the business. You’ll help us stay compliant while learning how transfer pricing drives corporate growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in transfer pricing, corporate tax, or financial analysis (strong internship experience in these fields is highly welcome!).
- Strong quantitative skills, a solid understanding of financial/accounting basics, and high proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (our company language).
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- An enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
Requirements
~1 min read- Exposure to international tax principles or accounting standards (IFRS or US GAAP).
- Previous experience or an internship within a Big Four firm or a multinational corporate environment.
- Basic knowledge or foundational understanding of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines.
