Commercial Roofing Foreman – Immediate Hire

Farha Roofing is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Foreman to lead our commercial roofing crews in Wichita, Kansas. This is an immediate hire opportunity for a hands-on leader with commercial roofing expertise who can ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial roofing crews on flat and low-slope commercial roofing projects (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and asphalt).
• Ensure safety compliance on all job sites and enforce company safety policies.
• Manage daily project operations, including job setup, materials, scheduling, and quality control.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors on site.
• Train and mentor roofing crew members, fostering a team-focused, professional work environment.
• Maintain accurate job documentation: labor hours, material usage, and project progress.
• Identify and solve on-site issues to keep projects on schedule and budget.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Foreman or Lead on flat/low-slope commercial roofs.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, installation methods, and safety protocols.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage crews effectively.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Experience

Commercial Roofing: 5+ years (Required)
Leadership / Foreman Experience: 2+ years (Preferred)
