A Successful FASTSIGNS Sign Production Specialist Will:

Prepare substrates for application to include cutting, painting, laminating, cleaning
Learn to Operate and maintain tools and machinery
Perform quality assurance measures pre- and post-production by accurately reading and interpreting a Work Order and then proofing for errors or unacceptable standards
Learn and perform finishing operations such as electrical lighting standards per NEC Code
Report inventory levels and stock to be reordered to the center manager/production manager.
Clean and maintain storage areas

Ideal Qualifications for Trainee Sign Production Specialist:

Available to work 5 days full time and excited regarding learning new skills and production techniques.
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for long periods of time (4 hours or more)
Ability to lift 50 or reasonable pounds and willing to ask for help when needed.
Flexibility to lean over when needed to perform job skills
Ability to work under pressure when needed to complete work assignment timely
Desire to learn proper use of power equipment
