This is an exciting opportunity to build your accounts payable expertise within a globally recognized financial data and technology business. You will work with international stakeholders, gain exposure to end-to-end accounts payable processes, and contribute to maintaining accurate financial operations. • →Process, verify, and reconcile invoices accurately to ensure timely vendor payments.
• →Monitor vendor accounts, resolve payment discrepancies, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• →Reconcile processed transactions by reviewing system reports and account balances.
• →Record and allocate expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centres.
• →Verify and process employee expense claims and travel-related reimbursements.
• →Maintain accurate accounting records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with internal financial controls.

• You will have experience in accounts payable, invoice processing, expense management, or a related finance function.
• You will possess strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately analyse and reconcile financial information.
• You will have good proficiency with computer applications and finance systems, with ERP system experience being advantageous.
• You will demonstrate excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities within deadlines.
• You will hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with accounts payable certifications considered beneficial.
