Experienced Complete Streets Designer/Civil Engineer

As an Experienced Complete Streets Designer/Civil Engineer, you will lead the evaluation, selection, and design of various transportation system solutions for a range of communities, with an emphasis on Safe Systems and Complete Streets design. You will be involved in generating conceptual designs and construction documents, collaborating with staff at all levels while conducting field work, coordinating closely with members of complete streets engineering and planning teams, engaging in discussions with clients and communities, and on-the-job training.   

Your focus will be to offer innovative and well-thought-out design solutions that align with client objectives and adhere to the latest best practices established by NACTO and similar organizations. Additionally, you will be responsible for project management, overseeing tasks, and assigning technical staff as necessary to deliver projects to clients.
