Execute full-cycle recruiting identifying, sourcing and engaging candidates through creative and innovative tactics;

Effectively screen candidates to determine a holistic fit in relation to hiring expectations of all positions assigned, as the primary point of contact throughout the full recruitment process;

Build and maintain effective relationships with all assigned hiring managers to ensure alignment between candidates and hiring teams;

Develop diverse as well as robust pipeline of candidates for all locations, teams, and conditions assigned;

Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.

At least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience

Successful track record of directly sourcing passive candidates

Knowledge of, and experience with, outside recruiting resources including social recruiting

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships

Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers in order to drive effective recruitment

Strong sense of urgency and flexibility, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Savvy with the latest technology and recruitment tools
Experience recruiting in the carrier logistics or supply chain industry.
