Fi is looking for a Manager of Amazon & Retail Operations to own Amazon Seller Central end to end: catalog integrity, inbound compliance, cases and escalations, and account health. You'll be the person who knows how to get things done at Amazon, how to escalate when the normal path stalls, and how to find a way through after being told there isn't one. Amazon is the majority of this role, but not all of it. You'll own the same functions at Chewy, Costco, and our other retail partners, and as we expand into new international marketplaces and retailers, you'll own the operational work that makes those launches happen.
Own catalog integrity, listing data, and variation structure across our Amazon catalog
Monitor and resolve issues with account health, Buy Box performance, and listing compliance
Manage cases and escalations end to end, and maintain a recurring calendar of Amazon obligations so nothing lapses
Manage FBM fallback during stockouts, keeping shipping SLAs and other KPIs within Amazon's thresholds
Own retailer inbound compliance, making sure everything leaving our 3PL meets Amazon's prep requirements and each retail partner's routing guide
Create and track inbound shipments, and drive FBA prep fees and retailer chargebacks toward zero
Own item setup, data syndication, ASNs, and labeling across Chewy, Costco, and our smaller retail partners
Collaborate with supply planning on restock limits, channel constraints, and other factors affecting inventory shipments
Coordinate with finance and external partners on marketplace tax and compliance registrations
Own the operational work behind new international retailer launches: marketplace setup, listing localization, regional compliance and labeling, and inventory inbound planning
Build and maintain a launch plan sequenced against compliance lead times
Partner with marketing and brand on listing and A+ content, and with the team on promotions and advertising to make sure campaigns launch with product in stock and listings ready
Build and share reporting across the business on channel performance at Amazon and our retail partners
5+ years operating an Amazon account for a physical goods brand, or equivalent experience from the agency or Amazon side
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Deep working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
Hands-on retail partner operations and 3PL experience
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency and the ability to build your own reporting; SQL is a plus
Fluency with AI tools (specifically Claude) to automate reporting and recurring work and operate more efficiently
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience launching or operating international Amazon marketplaces, particularly UK and EU, is a plus, as is experience selling consumer electronics or connected devices and inventory/supply planning experience
