The Corporate Recruiter will be part of a transformational team and a key player in creating strategic partnerships with executive leadership and hiring managers across our enterprise. This is a high-profile role which requires utilizing creative sourcing skills, the ability to build internal and external relationships, and business acumen.  

  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment process for corporate, professional, and operational positions, from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies that align with business objectives, workforce planning needs, and hiring timelines.
  • Provide hiring managers with regular updates, market insights, and recruiting metrics to ensure visibility into recruiting efforts, candidate pipelines, and hiring progress.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, direct sourcing, and talent databases to identify and attract qualified candidates.
  • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and overall suitability for open positions.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide recommendations based on candidate assessments and business requirements.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers throughout the hiring process, providing guidance on interviewing best practices, candidate selection, compensation considerations, and offer strategies.
  • Coordinate and facilitate all stages of the interview process, including scheduling, candidate communication, feedback collection, and hiring manager follow-up.
  • Extend employment offers within established guidelines and approval processes.
  • Ensure a positive, professional, and transparent candidate experience by maintaining timely communication and providing exceptional customer service throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with pre-employment activities, including background screenings, drug testing, employment verification, and onboarding coordination.
  • Maintain accurate candidate, requisition, and hiring activity records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting platforms.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs through proactive networking and relationship-building efforts.
  • Monitor recruiting trends, labor market conditions, and competitive hiring practices to support effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in job fairs, networking events, campus recruiting activities, and other talent attraction efforts as needed.
  • Prepare and analyze recruiting metrics, reports, and workforce data to identify opportunities for process improvement and hiring effectiveness.
  • Perform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience required; experience within a staffing agency environment strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a variety of positions across multiple levels, from entry-level to professional and leadership roles.
  • Strong conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates through various recruiting channels.
  • Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and sourcing techniques.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and external talent networks.
