Proven experience handling structured data (Excel, CSV, JSON, etc.)
Comfortable working in process-heavy, operational environments with multiple moving parts
Able to independently manage and set clear deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects
Strong written communication skills and ability to clearly document processes so they can be optimized over time
Comfortable coordinating with multiple parties and building relationships both internally and externally
Comfortable working with SQL to locate the right data sources, join tables, and build dashboards you can verify and trust — 1+ years of experience working across multiple datasets preferred.
Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, scripting, or automation
2–4 years of experience in business operations, product operations, business/data analysis, or a related analytical role at a financial, tech, or fintech company.
Familiarity working with payroll/HR systems or retirement
Experience in a technical support, product operations, or business analyst role — preferably with an API-based or hyper-process-oriented product
Experience building dashboards and tracking metrics in tools like Sigma
Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses
Comfortable digging through logs (e.g., Datadog) to help investigate operational or technical issues.
