As a Product Marketing Manager at Finch, you’ll join a small, high-impact team that works closely with Product, Sales, and Success.
You’ll play a central role in shaping go-to-market strategy, translating product capabilities into compelling narratives, and driving cross-functional alignment for programs across the full customer lifecycle.
You’ll be expected to develop deep product knowledge and customer empathy, communicate confidently—both in writing and in presentations—and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Understand the Finch product suite in-depth to help build content including demos, product feature spotlights, and other assets.
Own the creation and execution of product launches for new features.
Research, build, and adapt positioning and messaging for new industries and personas.
Convert key messages into high fidelity externally-facing content, including thought leadership content, webinars, one pagers, pitch decks and more for various audiences
Support Marketing campaigns with industry, persona, and product-focused content that can be leveraged to generate and nurture leads.
Work with the Sales team to develop impactful enablement resources and arm the team to better position ourselves against competitors and the status quo.
Partner with Customer to build onboarding resources, expansion campaigns, and co-marketing content that accelerates adoption.
Occasionally attend tradeshows and other events to gather market insights and connect with customers directly.
3+ years in product marketing or a related role.
Experience project managing and coordinating cross-functional initiatives; ensuring team members work collaboratively to fulfill goals and objectives.
Passion for learning new products and industries—unafraid to dive into the nitty gritty technical details.
Comfortable coordinating the product release cycle, emphasizing key factors such as documentation and customer communications.
Great at simplifying complex technical requirements into plain English.
Experience conducting customer interviews and analyzing sales calls to build empathy and deliver product insights.
Comfortable collaborating with sales to build one pagers, competitive battlecards, and other resources.
