The In Room Dining Server will be a trained professional that can provide top-level service, to match the level of cuisine and the quality of product we serve. We are looking for individuals who communicate well, are dependable, and enthusiastic. The candidates will have a passion for food and beverage equally, and understand how to read a guest properly to ensure quality service, leaving a lasting impression and memorable experience.
Responsibilities

- →Strong knowledge in food and beverage (wine and champagne knowledge is a plus)
- →Manual handling
- →Able to work well under pressure during times of high-volume service
- →Exceptional upselling techniques
- →Ensures all allergy procedures are followed at all times
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience as a Room Service or a Server in a hotel or fine dining restaurant
- Knowledge of Micros POS System
- Highly organized
- Must be open to working AM/PM shifts, weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Work in Mini Bar when necessary
- Have a full understanding of New York City Health Department standards and regulations
- Take personal responsibility for punctuality
