Jewelry & Precious Metals Specialist

FirstCash is seeking a detail-oriented Jewelry & Precious Metals Specialist to join our Corporate Office in Fort Worth. In this role, you will work with jewelry and precious metals received from our stores, helping ensure accurate processing, inventory control, and verification of valuable merchandise.

This opportunity is ideal for current or former Pawnbrokers, jewelry professionals, precious metals specialists, inventory professionals, or individuals with experience evaluating jewelry and diamonds who are looking for a structured, production-focused environment.

• →Process jewelry and precious metals received from FirstCash stores
• →Verify diamond authenticity and precious metal content
• →Identify and reconcile missing or extra pieces
• →Maintain accurate inventory and processing records
• →Record metal weights and update supporting documentation
• →Process and track items through company systems
• →File and maintain electronic and physical documentation
• →Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment

• Knowledge of jewelry, diamonds, and precious metals
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic diamond evaluation skills preferred
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with inventory control, jewelry evaluation, pawn operations, or related fields
• Working knowledge of the V2 system is preferred

• Corporate Office environment in Fort Worth
• Competitive pay: $18-$23 per hour
