Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in our office organization and is responsible for various administrative tasks. This team member is responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, departments, and employees. In addition to day-to-day assistance in managing our office needs, this employee is responsible for managing dessert, retail, shipping, and to-go orders, reviews, deliveries, and customer accommodations. The Customer Service Representative must work closely with the Office Manager and Accounts Manager to ensure all tasks are correctly executed. This team member is responsible for communicating with all members of management when necessary.
Responsibilities:
Customer service calls, voicemails, emails, and reservations
Process all orders
Place orders for any retail needs
Develop and maintain a filing system
Respond to emails promptly
Assist with any customer needs
Manage online ordering
Manage all shipping orders
Assist in organizing pre-orders
Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Process gift card orders with Costco and customers
Assists in managing workflow by assigning tasks to other administrative employees daily, ensuring that deadlines are met, and work is completed correctly
Assist in training staff members by providing information, educational and growth opportunities
Implements and monitors programs as directed by management and sees the programs through to completion
Generates memos, emails, and reports when appropriate
Assume responsibility for maintenance of office equipment, including computers, copy machines, etc.
Maintains office supplies
Assist Office Manager in any marketing needs and special guest relations
Assist in any additional office admin tasks as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership to support the overall success of the team and organization.

Reporting skills, writing skills, Microsoft office skills, managing processes, analyzing information, professionalism, problem-solving, supply management, Inventory control, working knowledge of office equipment, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills
Requirements:
Must be available days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to work 25+ hours a week
Associate’s degree or equivalent of 2 years of office admin experience
Must be able to lift and move 20 pounds
Walking and/or standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time
