Sr Quality Engineer

Our team loves technology as much as you do. We are looking for an experienced, high-energy senior quality engineer for our Digital team based in India.

You will have ownership of engineering design, coding, and implementation of Cloud Test Platform CI/CD automation. This includes tools and frameworks necessary to support testing and release builds. You will apply your technical knowledge, leadership skills, software development methodologies, best practices, and proven processes to consistently deliver a great quality product in a predictable manner.

The role is also an ambassador of quality engineering principles in collaboration with developers and product owners. The main goal of this role is to develop code test scenarios in a Cloud/Java/Terraform environment. This role will define test processes and goals together with development architects and ensure test plans are appropriate, including the review of plans done by developers. This role will also assist in the definition and creation of tests and scripts to support customer journey scenarios for contact center features.

• →Design and code test solutions around the Cloud Platform environment with test-as-infrastructure principles
• →Champion, design, and implement web accessibility testing strategies and automation to ensure products meet WCAG and other accessibility standards
• →Lead Quality and Automation initiatives across multi-disciplinary teams, coordinating process definition, best practices, and efficient usage of infrastructure
• →Participate in Agile software development initiatives (standup, planning, and Increment planning) to support innovation and enhancement of automation frameworks and tools through iteration/functionality testing
• →Work closely with operations and sustaining teams to ensure platform availability
• →Build sustainable engineering practices through, among other things, active code reviews, architecture discussions, guided by the selection of technologies, and mentorship
• →Ensure continuous resource utilization and drive continuous efficiency improvements
