Nous recherchons un ingénieur commercial senior entreprise talentueux pour rejoindre notre équipe de vente d’entreprise. En tant qu’ingénieur commercial d’entreprise, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe de vente pour comprendre les besoins complexes de nos clients d’entreprise et démontrer comment les solutions de réplication de données de Fivetran peuvent les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs d’affaires. Vous serez responsable de fournir une expertise technique, d’identifier les exigences fonctionnelles et techniques, et de soutenir un processus rigoureux de preuve de valeur tout au long du cycle de vente.

Il s’agit d’un poste à temps plein basé à distance à Montréal, Québec ou dans d’autres endroits du Québec, Canada, et il faut être prêt à voyager à 20%+.

  • Travailler avec les clients d’entreprise pour comprendre leurs besoins d’affaires, leurs cas d’utilisation et leurs exigences en matière de réplication de données
  • Développer et livrer des présentations fonctionnelles et techniques à des publics d’entreprise
  • Assurez la victoire technique en menant un processus rigoureux de preuve de valeur
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Produit, Services d’après-vente, Support et Ingénierie de Fivetran afin d’assurer l’alignement de nos solutions sur les besoins des clients d’entreprise
  • Développer et maintenir des relations avec les clients et partenaires clés des entreprises
  • Restez à jour sur les dernières technologies et tendances de notre secteur

Compétences que nous recherchons

  • 5+ ans à vendre des services ou produits TI dans une entreprise ou un environnement complexe similaire
  • Solide expérience technique couvrant la réplication de bases de données, l’infrastructure cloud et les technologies de réplication de données
  • Expérience avec les technologies modernes d’analyse de données, incluant les entrepôts de données infonuagiques, les outils de transformation, les catalogues de données et les outils de BI
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation, avec une grande capacité à expliquer des concepts techniques complexes tant aux parties prenantes techniques qu’aux non-techniques
  • Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse
  • Bilingue en français et en anglais
  • Anglais (niveau professionnel) requis en raison de la nature du poste : interactions régulières (écrites et orales) avec des clients/prospects situés hors Québec, ainsi que la rédaction de courriels et propositions en anglais.

About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Senior Sales Engineer to join our Enterprise sales team. As an Enterprise Sales Engineer, you will work closely with our sales team to understand our Enterprise customers’ complex business needs and showcase how Fivetran’s data replication solutions can help them achieve their desired business outcomes. You will be responsible for providing technical expertise, identifying functional and technical requirements, and supporting a regimented proof-of-value process throughout the sales cycle.

This is a full time position based remotely in Montreal, Quebec city or other locations in Quebec, Canada and must be willing to travel 20%+.

What You’ll Do

  • Work with Enterprise customers to understand their business requirements, use cases, and data replication requirements
  • Develop and deliver functional and technical presentations to Enterprise audiences
  • Ensure the technical win by running a tight proof-of-value process
  • Work closely with Fivetran’s Product, Post Sale Services, Support and Engineering teams to ensure alignment of our solutions to Enterprise customer needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key Enterprise customers and partners
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in our industry

Skills We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in selling IT services or products within an enterprise or similarly complex environment
  • Strong technical background covering database replication, cloud infrastructure, and data replication technologies
  • Experience with modern data analytics technologies, including cloud data warehouses, transformation tooling, data catalogs, and BI tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a keen ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Bi-lingual in French and English
  • Professional English required due to the role: frequent written and spoken interactions with customers/prospects outside Québec and drafting emails and proposals in English.
