Lead Global Infrastructure Operations for Mission-Critical Cloud Environments

Flatirons Solutions is seeking a Hosting Operations Manager to lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of our hosting and cloud operations function. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of customer-facing and internal platforms while leading a global team of infrastructure and operations professionals.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in advancing our cloud operations capabilities, driving service excellence, and partnering across Engineering, Product Management, Security, Customer Success, and customers to deliver highly available and scalable solutions.

Must be located near Boulder, CO. This is a hybrid position.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

3+ years of people leadership experience, including managing global or geographically distributed technical teams.
Deep experience operating mission-critical production systems with demanding availability, reliability, and performance requirements, preferably in AWS cloud environments.
Demonstrated success leading root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action programs that improve service reliability and operational effectiveness.
