We're looking for a web developer who is passionate about building websites that attract, convert, and drive measurable business impact. This role brings front-end development expertise alongside a growth mindset, a collaborative approach, and a focus on optimizing the entire customer journey. You will be responsible for maintaining and implementing new web experiences on the Marketing website, with an emphasis on creating high-converting landing pages and funnels. The role ensures web initiatives are aligned with quarterly business objectives and broader company growth goals.
As a Web Developer on our Marketing Team, you’ll help shape and scale our most important marketing asset: the marketing website. You’ll build and optimize high-converting web experiences with a strong focus on web performance, SEO, and conversion rates. You’ll collaborate with partners across the company to plan and execute larger initiatives from technical scoping through delivery. As a member of the website team, you’ll perform code reviews, support ongoing site maintenance, monitor accessibility and performance, and collaborate closely with partners across Content, Brand, and other teams to deliver high-quality web experiences.
- 2+ years of professional web development experience; B2B SaaS experience preferred.
- Extensive experience building user-facing web applications with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Next.js), including:
- Dynamic routing, data-fetching patterns, and rendering strategies (SSR, SSG, ISR, CSR).
- State management and front-end performance optimization.
- Strong proficiency with modern CSS and styling approaches, including utility-first frameworks such as Tailwind CSS.
- Experience building and customizing headless CMS solutions and integrating them into front-end applications; familiarity with Sanity and GROQ is a plus.
- Strong understanding of web performance best practices and their impact on SEO, Core Web Vitals, and conversion rates, with hands-on experience measuring and improving performance using browser tooling and real-world metrics.
- Experience with modern front-end build tooling, including Webpack configuration, loaders, plugins, and build pipeline troubleshooting.
- Experience planning projects end-to-end, including technical scoping, estimation, and task breakdown.
- Strong experience with Git and collaborative workflows, including leading and participating in code reviews.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently plan, prioritize, and deliver complex projects.
- Excellent collaboration skills, working cross-functionally with Marketing, Design, Product, MOPs, Sales, and Engineering.
- Comfortable mentoring other developers and providing clear, constructive feedback through code reviews.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker who aligns technical decisions with business goals and customer acquisition outcomes.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, including setting up and mapping events, tracking and analyzing data, and using Google Search Console to connect SEO insights to website optimization decisions.
- Ability to apply marketing goals and metrics to web builds, including attributing MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline impact to development work within the Revenue Marketing umbrella.
- Personal interest in staying current with emerging tools, frameworks, and best practices in front-end development.
