Chief Financial Officer

Discova is seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial strategy across Asia—a unique opportunity for an ambitious leader ready to drive impact at the highest level.

This isn’t just a finance role—it’s a critical leadership position at the heart of our business. As a core member of the executive team, you’ll partner closely with the CEO to drive commercial performance, support growth, and transform our finance function into a forward-thinking, insight-led powerhouse.

As our CFO, you’ll be a trusted advisor and strategic driver of business success:

• →Partner with Leadership: Advise the CEO and Executive Team on strategy, investments, pricing, and growth initiatives
• →Drive Financial Performance: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to support profitability and growth
• →Enable Commercial Success: Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Product teams to improve margins and efficiency
• →Strengthen Governance: Oversee financial reporting, compliance, risk management, and controls across multiple jurisdictions
• →Transform Finance: Lead standardisation, automation, and system optimisation to modernise the finance function
• →Build Capability: Develop and lead a high-performing regional finance team and future leaders
• →Champion Sustainability: Integrate ESG priorities into financial and operational decision-making

• Proven experience as a CFO or Finance Director in a multinational or mid-market organisation
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence strategic decisions
• Experience managing finance across multiple Asian markets
• Audit background with CA/ACCA/CPA qualification
• Track record of transforming finance functions and driving operational excellence
• A hands-on, adaptable leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment
