Finance Manager – Financial Reporting

Role: Finance Manager - Financial Reporting

Setup: Hybrid (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day WFH), Dayshift

Location: Quezon City

What you'll be doing:

• Drive the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process

• Oversee preparation of standalone and consolidated financial statements across all entities
• Conduct variance analysis, financial statement reviews, and validation of supporting schedules
• Manage consolidation activities including intercompany eliminations and account reconciliations
• Ensure consistent application of PFRS/IFRS across all reporting entities
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely resolution of audit matters
• Strengthen internal controls and uphold financial governance standards
• Guide and develop junior team members in reporting and consolidation work

What we're looking for:

• CPA license required
• At least 4–5 years in financial reporting, consolidation, and financial statement review
• Audit firm background or strong audit exposure required
• Experience in multi-entity environments is highly preferred
• Familiarity with public utilities, infrastructure, or manufacturing is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of PFRS/IFRS and external audit coordination
• Prior supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
