People Experience Executive

The People Experience Executive (HR) plays a critical role in our business and, alongside the People Experience Leader, provides Business Partners and employees expert knowledge and advice. They are responsible to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties at its core are payroll management, visa processing and business licenses. The role is to act as the liaison between HR and employees in Discova ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. The People Experience Executive also supports our daily related activities and assists in coordinating policies, processes and relevant documents.

• Manage end to end recruitment process. 
• Receive documentation in a professional and confidential manner and filing in correct system and place.
• Compilation of reports for local government and tax authorities as directed by People and Culture Leader. 
• To liaise with other departments regarding matters arising like; Security, building services, parking, office supplies etc.
• Update staff organization chart alongside County Manager
• Manage stationary for the office and following the purchasing guidelines.
• Visa and Working permit administration and arrangement for foreign staff.
• Administrate the Leaving Management System and 1st level support for questions regarding the system.
• Assist leaders with onboarding activities including collection of official personal documentation of new staff.
• Filings of key HR documents e.g. probation, certificate, warnings, resignation.
• Arrange health insurance for eligible employees (Issuance and termination)
• Assist People Experience Leader in developing and planning new programs/benefits or other projects that may impact staff cost.
• All other tasks as directed from People Experience Leader that are aligned to overall goals of Discova and People Experience Department.

• Must speak and read English along with Thai language.
• Experinced or expert in end to end recruitment process.  
• Minimum 2 years of progressive and proven track record in Human Resources.
• Exposure and understanding of Local Labor laws and how they are reflected in local customs and policies.
• Experienced working in a multinational setting, travel and/or hospitality industry is highly an advantage
• Demonstrated partnership with management levels from diverse backgrounds in influencing and coaching

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to be flexible and implementing change when needed.
• Excellent communicator to a diverse range of people (customers, suppliers, team members, leaders).
• High attention to detail.
• Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple tasks. 
• Solution focused and great at problem solving.
• Willing to travel on business when required
