Flowly Solutions is expanding its Bay Area operations. We are seeking an energetic Warehouse Associate in San Jose to oversee material movement, inventory receiving, order picking, and staging. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and unload inbound shipments, cross-checking packing slips against physical inventory for accuracy.
• Pick, audit, and stage customer orders efficiently using pick lists and handheld barcode scanners.
• Safely operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, to maneuver inventory throughout the facility.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and stock replenishment to maintain precise warehouse inventory records.
• Partner with packaging and logistics teams to hit daily order fulfillment targets and maintain smooth daily operations.
• Keep aisles, staging lanes, and workstations clean, organized, and free of safety hazards according to OSHA standards.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in warehouse operations, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or general labor is preferred.
• Experience using handheld barcode scanners or warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus (onsite training provided).
• High attention to detail with strong numeric and inventory verification skills.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to follow standard operating procedures consistently.
• Reliable transportation guaranteeing punctual daily attendance at our San Jose facility.
• Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 lbs safely throughout the shift.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $2.00 – $23.00 per hour

Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Weekends off)
