Product Designer (AiSDR)

AiSDR is an AI sales agent platform that helps 300+ B2B companies book qualified meetings on autopilot. We handle personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and SMS — 24/7, with responses in under 10 minutes. SOC 2 certified, almost 3 years in production. 

We're looking for a full-stack Product Designer to own the entire design surface of the product and brand.

• 4–7 years in Product Design at a B2B SaaS product company
• Portfolio with at least 3 live product flows you owned end-to-end — URLs, not screenshots
• Full-stack design fluency: product UX, UI craft, design system, user research, and marketing visuals — all under one roof
• Experience shipping at least one product surface involving an LLM, agent, or autonomous flow — and opinions on how to design for it
• You can name a flow you redesigned and the specific metric that moved because of you
• Pirate operator: you ship in days, QA your own work in production, and don't wait for engineering to ask
• Fluent English

• →Own end-to-end product design: campaign builder, lead manager, conversation inbox, dashboard, onboarding, empty states, error states
• →Own marketing design: aisdr.com, pricing page, vertical landing pages, ad creative templates, founder-led brand visuals
• →Build and maintain the design system in Figma — tokens, components, patterns, motion specs — from scratch
• →Ship AI-agent-specific UX patterns competitors don't have: agent reasoning visibility, draft approval flows, autonomy controls, trust signals, correction loops
• →Run user research: customer interviews, usability tests, session replay analysis (PostHog), onboarding call reviews (Fathom)
• →Partner with engineering daily — write tight specs, do Figma Dev Mode handoffs, QA every shipped feature
• →Redesign high-leverage flows with measurable hypotheses and track the lift
