Tutors Term Position Student Success Services Saskatoon Campus       The First Nations University of Canada (FNUniv) allows students of all nations to learn in an environment of First Nations cultures and values. The University continues to uphold its mission of enhancing the quality of life and preserving, protecting, and interpreting First Nations people's history, language, culture, and artistic heritage. FNUniv is a unique learning place specializing in Indigenous knowledge and providing post-secondary education for Indigenous and non-Indigenous students within a culturally supportive environment.     The First Nations University of Canada is a federated college of the University of Regina, and its academic programs are accredited through that institution.    FNUniv’s values include wisdom, respect, humility, sharing, harmony, beauty, strength, and spirituality.    The First Nations University of Canada, Department of Student Success Services is accepting applications for Tutors at the Saskatoon Campus in the area of Cree.   Duties:   The successful candidate will work with students on problem areas in their course work by explaining course concepts and examples and assist with exam preparation through individual and/or group tutoring sessions at mutually agreed upon days/times. Qualifications: The ideal candidate must possess the following: Minimum 3rd Year or 4th Year University student (minimum 60 or more credit hours) or possess an Undergraduate Degree in a related area. Must have an overall GPA of 70% or better, with a minimum GPA of 75% in at least 12 credit hours in the tutor subject area.
