About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruitment process from sourcing to pre-boarding. You will closely work with the Talent Acquisition team in identifying candidates, managing pipelines, and coordinating hiring activities while gaining hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Screening

       ◦ Assist in posting job openings across various platforms
       ◦ Source candidates through different channels (job boards, social media, referrals)
       ◦ Conduct initial resume screening and pre-screening of candidates

  • Candidate Management

    •   ◦ Support in maintaining and updating candidate pipelines

    •   ◦ Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and recruiters

    •   ◦ Help prepare candidate endorsements and profiles

  • Recruitment Operations

    •   ◦ Assist in background checks and collate pre-employment requirements

    •   ◦ Support documentation and tracking of recruitment activities (intern and/or full-time roles)

    •   ◦ Assist in daily TA operations—process improvement and administrative tasks (e.g. 201 filing, pre-employment requirements) as needed

  • Projects and Research

    •   ◦ Support ad hoc recruitment initiatives and employer branding activities

    •   ◦ Conduct research on sourcing strategies, tools, and market trends


Qualifications

Must-Have

  •   • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field

  •   • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  •   • Organized and detail-oriented

  •   • Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Nice-to-Have (Optional but recommended!)

  •   • Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR processes

  •   • Has an eye for design, using content creation or graphic tools (e.g. Canva, etc.)

  •   • Experience in school organizations, events, or coordination roles


Work Details

  • Internship timeline: June 1, 2026 to October 2, 2026 (4 months)

  • Location: BGC, Taguig

  • Setup: Hybrid
