Responsibilities

→Collaborate with the recruitment team to screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
→Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess applicant qualifications.
→Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates.
→Maintain and update the internal recruitment database.
→Assist the People team with ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Prior experience in recruitment is preferred but not required.
