About the Role
~1 min readAs a Retail Optimisation Advisor, you’ll play a key advisory role in improving productivity and reducing the cost of doing business across our retail network.
Working within the Planning & Performance team, you’ll use workforce, service, and operational insights to identify where productivity is being lost and where improvements can be made. You’ll translate data into clear, practical actions that help Ops and Service Partners lift execution in store.
This is a critical enabling role - rather than owning store outcomes, you’ll influence performance by highlighting opportunities, coaching improvement activity, and supporting the adoption of better ways of working.

- →Partnering with Planning & Performance, Ops, and Service teams to align insights with store realities
