About the Role

As a Culinary Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the culinary team in the preparation, presentation, and service of high-quality food. Working alongside experienced chefs, you will develop your technical skills while learning about kitchen operations, food safety, luxury hospitality standards, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist with food preparation, cooking, mise en place, and plating under supervision.
- →Follow recipes, kitchen standards, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
- →Support breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquet, and other culinary operations.
- →Maintain clean and organized workstations, equipment, and storage areas.
- →Assist with receiving, storing, labeling, and rotating products while minimizing waste.
- →Work closely with Culinary and Stewarding teams in a professional and collaborative environment.
- →Participate in training and continuously develop culinary techniques and knowledge.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from Culinary Arts, Food Production, Hospitality, or a related programme.
- Basic food safety knowledge is preferred.
- No previous professional experience is required; practical training, academic projects, or part-time kitchen experience are an advantage.
- Genuine passion for culinary arts and hospitality.
- Strong sense of professionalism, responsibility, organization, and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, openness to feedback, and ability to work within a diverse team.
- Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
What We Offer
~1 min read- This is a full-time, fixed-term internship.
- The schedule is based on operational needs and includes 5 working days per week, with 2 days off. Each working day consists of 8.5 hours, in accordance with Greek labour legislation.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
